Recovering Your Mental Health

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) has provided a series of self-help guides entitled Recovering Your Mental Health. This series provides facts, strategies, and ideas that consumers/survivors have found helpful in exercising best practices in promoting wellness and preventing illness. The information in this series supports recovery in conjunction with health care treatment. You can order hard copies of these publications free of charge from the National Mental Health Information Center. See below.
