Position Description:
Handz-On, Inc. in Hartford, CT has a part-time opening for a Community Support Specialist. Provide case management to assigned caseload. Experience providing rehabilitative treatment/interventions to adults with chronic mental illness transitioning into community settings. Must possess strong written and verbal skills. Valid drivers license and vehicle required. Bachelor Degree required.
