Help with Downloading

You can view a document by clicking on the link to the document.
The document will open in a new browser window. If you get a warning message after clicking the link, click "Open" to view the document, or if you want to download the document to your PC, click "Save" and follow the directions below.

To download and save the document onto your hard drive, follow the steps below.
Note that downloading files can vary depending on your PC's operating system and other factors. However, these steps should apply in most cases.  (Print these instructions)

1. From the opened document screen, click "File" on the top menu bar, then click "Save As."
   
   
2. A "Save As" dialogue box will open.
   
          
   
   
   
3. Use the drop-down menu next to the words "Save in:" to locate the folder on your hard drive where you want to save the document (e.g., "My Documents"), and double-click on it to open it. Be sure to note the "File name." This is important for locating the document on your PC after you've downloaded it.
   
          
   
   
   
4. Click "Save". The document is now saved on your hard drive in the folder you selected in step 3.
