Follow I-91 North toward Hartford
From I-91 North, just prior to Hartford, take Exit 29 (Route 5 / 15 North) toward East Hartford and cross the Charter Oak Bridge
Just after crossing the Charter Oak Bridge, take Exit #90 and follow signs to East River Drive / Route 2 West (you will be on Route 2 very briefly)
From Route 2, take Exit 4 (East River Drive)
At the end of the exit, turn left onto East River Drive
Follow East River Drive approximately 1 mile
The Hartford Plaza Hotel will be on your right

From I-91 South (Enfield, Windsor):

Follow I-91 South to Hartford
Take Exit # 30 (left exit) onto I-84 East
Just after crossing the Connecticut River, take Exit 53 off I-84, following signs to East River Drive
From the end of the exit, the Hartford Plaza Hotel will be directly ahead

From Route 5 / 15 North (Meriden, Newington, Wethersfield):

Follow Route 5 / 15 North toward Hartford
Just prior to Hartford, stay in the left lanes and cross the Charter Oak Bridge toward East Hartford
Just after crossing the Charter Oak Bridge, take Exit #90 and follow signs to East River Drive / Route 2 West (you will be on Route 2 very briefly)
From Route 2, take Exit 4 (East River Drive)
At the end of the exit, turn left onto East River Drive
Follow East River Drive approximately 1 mile
The Hartford Plaza Hotel will be on your right
