Lieutenant Governor Kevin Sullivan's Mental Health Cabinet Would Like To Hear From You!
Lt. Governor Kevin Sullivan has been asked to develop critical reforms to improve Connecticut's failing system of mental health care and advise Governor Rell.
As we work hard to make improvements, we need to hear from the public.
